CTRC Telehealth Implementation Workshop Virtual Series

Learning objectives: Participants will use the CTRC Telehealth Implementation Roadmap to navigate the critical steps in successfully planning or revitalizing a telehealth program. During each session, we will be sharing tips, tools, and guidelines to help our participants successfully navigate through telehealth implementation. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with peers and organizations in similar positions for shared learning. Whether you are launching a new telehealth program, looking for change management guidance, or just seeking out opportunities for improvement to take your telehealth program to the next level, this series will provide you with ample insight and opportunities.

Each workshop will be a 90 session from noon to 1:30 pm PT, with the last 30 minutes allowing for interactive and constructive group discussions. Registrants will be required to complete and submit a telehealth organizational readiness self-assessment to the CTRC to participate in this series. REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE APPROVED UNTIL A TELEHEALTH ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS ASSESSMENT HAS BEEN COMPLETED BY YOUR HEALTH CENTER.

Sessions:
Establishing & Defining Your Program - May 24th at noon PT
In this session, CTRC will use the results from the assessments submitted by attendees to guide this training.

Program Implementation - June 21st at noon PT
CTRC will review some general telehealth training in this session including techniques for good web-side manner and tips for improving patient and provider visit satisfaction. Participants will have space for peer learning when discussing clinical outcomes and performance goals.

Program Improvements & Beyond the Basics - July 19th at noon PT
After assessing the initial performance of your program, considering service utilization, provider and patient satisfaction, and other key factors, you should begin to implement the quality improvement process that was developed during the planning and implementation process.
